Returns & Refunds

At Nami Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items, such as intimate apparel, perishable goods, and personalized/custom products, are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Intimate wear (such as socks, underwear, or swimwear)
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Contact Us – Email our support team at support@namimarket.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Return Instructions – If your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping details.
  3. Ship the Item – You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Receive Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • If it’s still not reflected, contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time to officially post.
  • If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@namimarket.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@namimarket.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
